How to Analyse Customer Need??
“A businessman can fulfill his greed only after fulfilling his customers’ needs”
What actually the customer needs are? Are you defining it as like this- ‘Through which an individual fulfills his desires”. Then I’m sorry, because you are taking it in wrong direction, we can’t deny this statement because that too is a part of this, but are these businessmen doing and following such practice?
What the Businessmen are doing is that they are firstly building their model, whether in the form of preparing budgets, whether by fixing an amount which they think is suitable for them in the form of profitability, but is there any business who is thinking about their customer’s money making model?
We always study in our textbooks that the businessmen follow the marketing like this- “The process of marketing is that to serve the customers by fulfilling their needs.” Do you find this definition a proper one? Is it covering every aspect which is actually needed?
Innovation should be there on the basis of the customer needs, it is not like you are copying others like some businesses are doing and we can have some very great examples like; Uber and Ola, Airbnb and Oyo, Amazon and Flipkart, Spotify and Gaana, and there are so many examples are floating in the Indian markets. In short, we can say that we are just copying the American Start-ups.
Now, if you could think of something else, before that I would like you to answer some questions that,
Are we here to copy the others?
Do you find any innovation in these start-ups?
Do you think that they have started their business by keeping in mind the customers’ needs?
Do you think that India is lacking behind such talent of Innovation and Entrepreneurship?
